As part of our dedicated team, the successful candidate will be responsible for guidance across multiple school units and participate in cross-municipal development initiatives to strengthen students' decision-making skills. The work involves both individual and group counseling as well as active support in the high school selection and application process for students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience from primary school is therefore necessary. If you have experience working within both municipal and independent organizations, it is an advantage. A degree from a career and guidance counselor program is required.

The ideal candidate has a strong ability to create and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and guardians. You are an inspirer who motivates students to make well-informed decisions about their studies and future career choices. You have a broad and solid knowledge of various pathways to education and work, as well as a good understanding of regional and national skills supply needs.

We value experience in environmental and internal monitoring as well as collaboration at both local and regional levels.
